How to Use-

1. Apply a thin layer of OPI Gel Color Base Coat to each nail. 
2. ensuring you cover the entire nail surface and cap the free edge.
3. Cure the base coat under an LED lamp for 30 seconds or a UV lamp for 2 minutes.
